A PSAP is a physical or virtual entity where 9-1-1 calls are delivered by the 9-1-1 Service Provider (source National Emergency Number Association - www.nena.org). This data outlines the PSAP service boundaries for the primary PSAPs across Michigan. These boundaries extend out to the nautical state boundaries for Michigan.
